We offer creative architectural designs that are focussed on achieving our clients’ wishes. We usually start the design process by preparing a set of alternative options which look at different ways to achieve our clients’ mission. We then refine the plans through revisions based on our clients’ feedback to give our clients a real choice when considering the plans. When our clients’ are happy with the final design we will then move the project forward.
Communication is central to our relationship with our clients. Our clients are involved in every design decision and have the final say about their project.

We always take account of Local Authority requirements and rules when preparing new design options for each project. Our regular contact with Planning Officers in many Local Authorities ensures we keep up to date with the latest guidance and development plans. ​​

We will procure these services from a team of long-standing consultancy partners on your behalf and coordinate their work as part of the overall project design service.

Choosing the right builder
Advice and guidance during the construction phase is part of our service. We prefer to be involved and to help our clients through the entire project and so once we've designed your project and planning permission is granted, we can help you to select the right builder via optional procurement methods and we can oversee the construction phase for you as well. These services are in addition to our architectural planning service.
