Private estate, Radlett
Aragon and its adjacent Coach House are superb examples of locally listed, high-Victorian architecture located in green belt land and a conservation area. We have sensitively extended and remodelled both houses on this property carefully maintaining and enhancing their original character and heritage. Our work on this property includes a bespoke designed detached gym and display buildings for classic cars.
Christchurch, Radlett
An architect designed 1920s villa. We designed a bespoke orangery to connect the kitchen and dining areas to the garden. We created a walkway to join up a new terrace with the original patio via an arched (monet style) bridge overcoming significant ground level variations.
Goodyers, Radlett
Staring with an unremarkable mid-twentieth century house. We have extensively remodelled and extended the property to create a distinct and attractive new dwelling that sits comfortably in its corner plot. Wholesale layout changes provided new living accommodation on three floors, including a large open-plan lifestyle room off the rear garden and ample living and bedroom spaces.
Butley Mead, Radlett
In effect, a new build house comprised of new wrap around extensions to the front and side of the original 1950s house. The result is an entirely new and transformed façade creating a grand entrance and double gabled frontage to this 6 double bedroom villa.
Oaklands, St Albans
A work of original architecture, this unique contemporary style new build home boasts a south facing aspect in every room thanks to the orientation of the site. Designed with high levels of sustainability and energy efficiency, this property is an excellent example of modern architecture.
