Planning & Regulations
We liaise with Planning, Building Control & other statutory authorities on your behalf. We’ll prepare the architectural planning and detailed drawings & specifications for the types of application needed in each project. We can submit and manage those applications for you including in our speciality areas such as Conservation Areas, Green Belt, Listed and Locally Listed Buildings and other unique buildings. We can perform the duties of Principal Designer under the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015 which apply to all building work projects in England & Wales. We can also assist you with applications for permission to build near public drains as needed.

Interior Design
We offer an interior design consultation and coordination service for all kinds of home renovations. We can help you to articulate ideas into viable designs and provide support in sourcing materials and suppliers to create the most stunning home possible. Our coordination service can oversee the purchase and fitting of your chosen interiors from floor ceiling & wall finishes to kitchens, bathrooms and everything in-between. We can also be on-site to oversee the installation works.
